The children are really enjoying all things castles, kings, queens, knights, invaders and Elsa’s frozen castle! We discussed how castles were built to defend and protect the the people living in them. The children are designing, building and playing with castles, using vocabulary like battlements, drawbridge, moat and portcullis!
