On Monday, the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group came to visit First class, Second class and the Cabhair Centre in St.Helen’s. The children learned all about the whales and dolphins on Irish shores. The children looked at whale and dolphin teeth and learned how the whales and dolphins breath and feed. We even got to see their eyes and skulls. It was a real treat.
We are now whale and dolphin spotters. We will keep a look out whenever we are close to the shore and we’ll report our sightings to the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group. 🐳🐬
