Seachtain na Gaeilge atá ann anois ar fud na tíre ☘️🇮🇪
Gaeilge bheo i Scoil Naomh Léan chomh maith. Bhí na paistí go léir ag caint i nGaeilge sa seomra ranga, ag am lón agus sa chlós.
During Seachtain na Gaeilge we experienced gaeilge throughout every part of our school day.
We enjoyed communicating as Gaeilge during lots of fun activities in our classroom, in the yard and within the P.E hall. These activities were organised as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge, a 2 week long celebration of our language and our Irish culture.
Mo Mo Productions performed a dráma “Trioblóid sa Chaisleán. We had a heartwarming seisiún ceoil with the ceoltóirí always enjoyable with lots of energy, rhythm and a super sing song.
Spórt was delivered in Irish allowing the children to experience cluichí in Irish.
We had a Dioscó sa halla with all the children showing off their best moves!
Lá Glas was an enthusiastic and colourful end to our 2 weeks of celebrations.
The children paraded through the yard showing off their festive outfits, always a special way to mark St. Patrick’s Day and Seachtain na Gaeilge.
